I am really excited to share these pictures from a recent Wedding that I was asked to photograph. It was for a family friend who was renewing their wedding vows, in a lovely ceremony in their garden. I was a little bit nervous the night before but made sure I checked my camera, charged the batteries and the flash, cleared the memory cards, wrote a shot list and tried to relax. Throughout the day I tried to keep out of the way and take photographs from a far. It was a great day but very tiring. I really enjoyed it and would love to photograph more family events. The post processing took some time though; I would estimate for each hour shooting I spent 3-4 hours editing. Hope you love the pictures.

A slideshow of my photography as a little Happy Mother's Day video for my amazing wife. Whilst away recently we visited the Beamish open air museum in County Durham. The town tells of life in the North East of England in the late 1800's and early 1900's particularly focusing on the 1940's. I was impressed by the sheer size of Beamish and the different areas to visit including the farm, town, railway station and fairground You can travel around Beamish by walking, tram or bus; any of these methods allows you to take in the beautiful scenery. There are lots of events on throughout the year and you check out more information here: Beamish The sweet shop was very busy; a popular choice for adults and children. Here are a few pictures I managed to take during our visit: |
