Well it’s been a busy week, starting with a trip to London and ending with T’s 3rd birthday party all with plenty of PJ Masks fun in between.
If you’ve haven’t heard of PJ Masks they go into the night, so they can save the day. The PJ Masks are made up of Gekko, Catboy and Owlette and each night they save day in their PJ’s. Your little ones can watch episodes on Disney Junior or Tiny Pop and now on DVD.
On Tuesday, we were invited to a PJ Masks Half Term Halloween party at the Picturehouse Central, Piccadilly, London. We caught the tube in to London and the boys were very excited; L was dressed in blue like Catboy and T was dressed in green like Gekko.
It was a fantastic event with lots of PJ Masks activities. L enjoyed boogieing along to the PJ Masks theme with diddi dance for the PJ Masks Super Dance Party (https://www.diddidance.com/pj-masks-super-dance-party/). diddi dance is holding PJ Masks Super Dance Parties in their classes from Monday 30th October to Sunday 5th November to raise funds for the Youth Sport Trust.
After the diddi dance there was a fantastic surprise; Gekko, Catboy and Owlette arrived and spent some time with all the children at the party. Both L and T were excited, but T was thrilled to meet Gekko and gave him lots of high-fives.
There was also lots of other activities including face painting, colouring and the new PJ Masks Headquarters Playset and other toys to play with.
The event culminated in a screening of 2 episodes of PJ Masks and a sneak peak of PJ Masks series 2 including some new heroes and villains. Both T and L enjoyed watching PJ Masks on the big screen and T was singing along to theme tune in his loudest voice. The boys were lucky to get a fantastic goodie bag at the end of the event filled with lots of amazing PJ Masks treats. It included a jigsaw, magazine and the new PJ Masks DVD ‘Time to be a Hero’ plus many more toys and items.
Finally, the week culminated in T’s 3rd birthday party with all his friends. He wore his Gekko outfit which he got for his birthday and had his face painted again. He had a Gekko mask painted on, so he didn’t have to keep his actual mask on. He had a PJ Masks cake and received lots of PJ Masks presents, it’s a good job he loves PJ Masks
If you want to grab the PJ Masks DVD it’s out now and you can get it from Amazon.
