We’ve been baking again, this time we followed the Sunny Carrot Cake recipe. Our eldest wanted to try another recipe from ‘I Can Cook’, we just substituted the walnuts for raisins. This was a lovely cake, very soft and we all wanted more after our first bite.

Recently our little man has taken a real interest in cooking; ‘I can cook’ is quickly filling up the planner so we thought we’d give one of the recipes a go. This is a slightly amended version of the Blue Jewel Bakes recipe.
