We’ve been baking again, this time we followed the Sunny Carrot Cake recipe. Our eldest wanted to try another recipe from ‘I Can Cook’, we just substituted the walnuts for raisins. This was a lovely cake, very soft and we all wanted more after our first bite. Ingredients 4 tbsp vegetable oil, plus some for greasing 1 egg 60g/2oz self-raising flour 60g/2oz caster sugar 40g/1½oz carrot 30g/1oz tinned crushed pineapple (drained) 20g/1oz raisins Method
This was a great recipe and easy to complete and follow for 4-year-old with a little assistance
